Our company officially announces that we have permanently terminated all business cooperation with Shenzhen Gox International Logistics Co., Ltd. (深圳高迅国际物流集团有限公司) due to long-term shipment delay, inconsistent logistics information, and lack of effective solutions.

We entrusted the company to handle international cargo transportation in March 2026. So far, the cargo has been in transit for more than two months and has not been delivered to the customer.

During the cooperation, we have encountered a series of inconsistent information and service problems:

• For nearly one month, we were informed every day that "the goods will arrive in a few days", but the goods never arrived.
• The local freight agent of Shenzhen Gox International Logistics called our customer and stated that the goods were detained, and the release time is unknown.
• The company claimed that the goods were under inspection at the Russia border, but the official logistics tracking showed that the goods had completed customs clearance, which was completely inconsistent with the actual situation.
• We purchased cargo insurance as required, but the insurance only covers cargo loss, not delay or detention. We have not received any formal insurance policy until now.

We have communicated many times to ask for real cargo status, effective solutions and proper compensation. However, Shenzhen Gox International Logistics Co., Ltd. has not provided any feasible solution or compensation plan up to now.

This notice is issued to remind global importers, exporters and industry partners to carefully evaluate and choose logistics suppliers to avoid unnecessary losses and negative cooperation experience.
